Capital One

At Capital One, I worked alongside senior leadership, subject-matter experts, photographers, copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders to design and present an outward-facing, best-in-class diversity and inclusion website. The site presented the company's commitment to DEI efforts; it also acted as a hub for employee stories and included data about Capital One's workforce representation.
